Our Business Education is focused primarily on two areas: training (typically team building, leadership and business courses) and coaching/assessment.
The training component is delivered by a wide range of lecturers, ranging from seasoned subject matter experts to PhDs. Our approach is to understand the learning needs of the organization and individuals then design the method of delivery that best meets these needs. The training can be done in an “open enrollment” to large groups or small work teams, learning and applying concepts together. Because we have a solely owned proprietary learning platform, we can also produce training on-line at competitive cost.
Our capabilities in Coaching/Assessment are augmented by the fact that we have in-house expertise, including a New York State licensed mental health counselor. Assessing can range from simple behavior indicators to in-depth skills assessment based on the core competencies determined by the organization for success. Coaching is done one-on-one ranging from one time feedback to long term personal development projects monitored by the coach.
