Richard M. Popovic, MBA
is President of Indelta Learning Systems, LLC and is responsible for all operations nationally and internationally. In addition to twenty years of experience in corporate management, strategy and training, he spent ten years as the Associate Dean for Executive Programs at the Simon Graduate School at the University of Rochester. His lecturing and consulting expertise is primarily in team theory and management.

Dave Mura
is Chief Operations Officer.
Dave is responsible for the day to day operational needs of Indelta worldwide.
Dave has been involved in development of many products in the medical arena including discovery of HPV virus and its association with cervical cancer, tests for auto immune diseases, instant HIV tests, urinalysis testing and merger and acquisition work in the related fields.
The highlight of his career was aiding in the development of the human papillomavirus test, which was released to the market worldwide.

is Medical Director for Indelta Learning Systems, LLC. In this capacity he assists in CRM delivery and strategy development for the company. He is also Surgeon in Chief for the Department of Surgery at the Miriam Hospital in Providence, RI, part of the Lifespan Health System of Brown University

Michael C. Waters, MBA
is Vice-President Strategy and Business Development. He is responsible for pursuing joint venture opportunities crossing all three Indelta divisions as well as development and delivery of quality improvement, leadership development and organizational effectiveness strategies. He was formerly at Xerox Corporation where his most recent assignment was Director, Human Resources for the Lean Six Sigma Corporate Office, including responsibility for the worldwide Lean Six Sigma strategy.

Ingemar J. Davidson, MD, PhD, FAC
Ingemar J.A. Davidson a native of Sweden, graduated at the University of Gothenburg, Faculty of Medicine (Sweden). Dr. Davidson’s focus is organ transplantation (Dialysis, Vascular Access in End Stage Renal Disease patients). He is Professor of Surgery, at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, TX and Surgical Director of UT/Parkland Kidney and Pancreas Transplant Program. Dr Davidson’s research and experience is reflected in books, peer reviewed publications and proceedings. He is a requested lecturer at congresses and symposiums, both in the USA and worldwide, including team building strategies. Dr. Davidson is also the Associate Medical Director for Indelta Learning Systems, LLC.
